Most married couples would tell you that there are only a few areas they can work together in, but for this couple, for them, event planning is like another world of its own!
For Esther Bengio, event planning has always been her joy, love and her passion. She entered the corporate world when she was just 16 years old! As an Executive Administrator to C-level executives and as a Project Manager in her career, she gained extensive experience in planning, listening, organizing, applying time management and multitasking skills. She is detailed/solution oriented, organized. She excelled in managing day-to-day operations related to staff and client relationships, conference and meeting coordination, contract negotiation and long-term business management. With many years of experience in the hospitality industry, her focus has always been on providing high-level customer service that enhances long-term relationships. After nearly 22 years of that, she decided to turn these knowledge, skills and creativity towards her passion of planning weddings and private events. This became her full time job in 2008 when she and her husband launched their own event planning business. Believing that only as a full time event planner she could devote the time and attention needed to coordinate all the details necessary to plan the perfect event.
“Decide what you want, believe you can have it, believe you deserve it, and believe it is possible for you.”– Jack Canfield, Author
Her inspiration to becoming a full time planner was to empower her clients in making the most out of their event by applying their creativity and to think outside the box; to save them money and hopefully their sanity! And, she has no greater source of inspiration than the wonderful men in her life, her husband Daniel and her son Hector "Yehoshua". No matter what she is working on, her husband is there to cheer her on and encourage her creativity. And, the love for her son, well, it keeps her going strong! He helps with teenage ideas and keeps her in the trends for teens.

Being a recent second time bride herself, Esther understands the amount of time, efforts and stress a bride incurs. She understands personally the ever climbing cost of weddings. Many clients would say that Esther has a bold and original approach to weddings and budgets but it is because she knows personally what it is to be “broke and on a budget”. With the drop off the economy in 2008, her husband and her were laid off three months before their wedding. They had to re-strategize, “think outside the box” and plan an on-the-budget wedding. Esther had to be smart, sassy and confident enough to make the most out of what she had, make it work and assure that the event will turn out a success... And, it did!
"No matter how good you are at planning, the pressure never goes away. So I don't fight it. I feed off it. I turn pressure into motivation to do my best." -Benjamin Carson
As event planners, it is their goal to help make each and every event exactly what their client wants and is looking for. Because events have been a source of extraordinary joy for this couple, they hope to bring their enthusiasm and passion to every event that comes their way... Including yours!
